  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 2-quart oval or rectangular baking dish. In a large bowl combine the stuffing, turkey, green beans, and corn. In a small bowl whisk together the gravy, sour cream, and cheese. Add to turkey mixture; stir to combine.

  • Spoon turkey mixture into prepared dish. Spoon mashed potatoes over mixture, spreading evenly. Drizzle with butter. Bake for 40 minutes or until heated through and potatoes are lightly browned. Remove and let stand 10 minutes.

  • Dollop with cranberry sauce before serving.


If you don't have leftover stuffing, moisten 3 cups dried 1-inch bread cubes with 1/2 cup chicken broth, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon dried sage, and 1/4 teaspoons salt and pepper.
