Tex-Mex Mac and Cheese

Directions

  1. In a large skillet cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until meat is brown, using a wooden spoon to break up meat as it cooks. Drain off fat.
  2. Transfer meat mixture to a 4-1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker. Stir in Mexican cheese, salsa, cheese dip, chile peppers, and olives.
  3. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5-1/2 to 6 hours.
  4. Before serving, cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Stir cooked macaroni into mixture in cooker.
