Tea-Gin Splash

A bit of this and that turns summer's signature drink into a party superstar.

  • 3 cup Iced Tea

  • ½ - ¾ cup gin

  • ½ cup lemon juice*

  • cup Simple Syrup

  • 2 cup club soda*

  • Ice

  • Cucumber slices, orange slices, strawberry halves, or fresh mint springs


  1. In a pitcher combine Perfect Iced Tea, gin, lemon juice, and Simple Syrup. Chill until ready to serve.

  2. Just before serving, add club soda to pitcher. Serve in glasses over ice. Add cucumber, orange, strawberries, or mint sprigs to glasses.


For a quick fix, substitute 3 cups lemon-lime carbonated beverage for the lemon juice, Simple Syrup, and club soda.
