Directions

  1. Prepare potato nuggets according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, crush the cheese snacks. In a small bowl combine crushed cheese snacks, Parmesan, salt and chili powder, if using. Spray potato nuggets with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with cheese mixture. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.

Nori

Prepare as directed. Omit the last 4 ingredients and replace with 1/2 cup furikake rice seasoning.

Truffle

Prepare as directed except replace nonstick cooking spray with 2 tablespoons truffle oil. Omit the last 4 ingredients and replace with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon garlic powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with snipped fresh parsley before serving.

Garlic Herb

Prepare as directed. Omit the last 4 ingredients and replace with 6 cloves of garlic, minced, 1/4 cup EACH snipped fresh rosemary, parsley, and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Salt and Vinegar

Prepare as directed. Omit the last 5 ingredients. Spray potatoes with 3 tablespoons malt vinegar and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cajun

Prepare as directed. Omit the last 4 ingredients and replace with 1/3 cup cajun seasoning.

BBQ

Prepare as directed. Omit the last 4 ingredients and replace with 4 tablespoons paprika, 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon salt, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander, and 1 teaspoon fresh thyme.

Lemon Pepper

Prepare as directed. Omit the last 4 ingredients and replace with 1/3 cup lemon pepper seasoning. Drizzle with the juice of 1 lemon before serving.

Chili Lime

Prepare as directed. Omit the last 4 ingredients and replace with 1/3 cup chili-lime salt, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest. Sprinkle with snipped fresh cilantro before serving.

Curry

Prepare as directed. Omit the last 5 ingredients. Gently toss potatoes with 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 tablespoons curry powder and 1 tablespoon cumin. Sprinkle with snipped fresh cilantro before serving.
