This a spiralized veggie side dish recipe the whole family will enjoy. Candy-like sweet potatoes get tossed with almond butter and Asian-influenced ingredients for a 20 minute side dish that's healthy, too!




  • In an extra-large skillet heat olive oil over medium-high. Add sweet potatoes and garlic. Cook and gently stir occasionally about 4 minutes or until potatoes are crisp-tender.

    In a small bowl whisk together the next six ingredients (through ginger) Add to skillet with potatoes; toss gently to coat. Transfer to serving dish. Top with green onions, almonds, and cilantro. If desired, serve with lime wedges.
