Ingredients

  • 2 15 ounce cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 cup frozen shelled peas, thawed

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for drizzling

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • Flaky sea salt

Directions

  1. In a food processor or blender process beans, peas, oil, juice, cumin, garlic, and salt until smooth. To serve, drizzle with oil; top with flaky sea salt. May be chilled 24 hours.
