Place pretzels on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each pretzel with a candy coating wafer. Warm for 5 minutes or until wafer has softened. Place a candy-coated milk chocolate piece in the center of each softened wafer. Place 6 more candies around the center candy. Repeat with remaining pretzels.
