Directions

  1. Place 1/2 of a medium banana, peeled and sliced; 1/2 of a mango, seeded, peeled, and cubed; and 1/2 cup sliced strawberries on a tray or baking sheet. Cover; freeze for 1 hour. Place frozen fruit in blender with 1/4 cup vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup orange juice. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping sides of blender as necessary.
