Sausage and Corn Bread Stuffing
Line a 3-1/2 or 4-quart slow cooker with a disposable slow cooker liner. Lightly coat liner with cooking spray; set cooker aside.Advertisement
In a large skillet cook sausage and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.
In the prepared cooker combine the stuffing mix, sausage mixture, broth, and butter. Toss gently to mix well.
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
