Drop 15 heaping tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and firm. Remove churro puffs to a wire rack; let cool. Before serving, cut tops from cream puffs; remove soft dough from inside. Fill each with a rounded tablespoon of dulce de leche.
