Strawberry Whipped Cream


Use this delicious homemade strawberry whipped cream as a topper for desserts, beverages, or filling for cream puffs.

  • 1 ½ cup heavy cream

  • ¾ cup strawberry jam


  1. In a large chilled bowl beat 1 1/2 cups heavy cream and 3/4 cup strawberry jam on low until combined; beat on high until stiff peaks form. Use within 2 hours. Makes about 3 cups.
