Coarsely crush crackers into a 2-quart round baking dish; set aside. Finely shred 1 teaspoon peel from an orange. Juice the oranges to get 3/4 cup. In a large saucepan stir together the orange juice, peel, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in strawberries. Spoon into dish over crackers. Top with marshmallows and chocolate, lightly pressing marshmallows into filling. Bake for 10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. Serve warm. Campfire Cobbler: Prepare as above, except crumble the crackers into an 8x8x2-inch disposable foil baking pan. Spoon the filling over the crackers and top with marshmallows and chocolate. Grill on the rack of a covered grill directly over medium heat for 10 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Serve warm.
