Directions

  1. In a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker combine pasta sauce, vegetable broth, onion, and pimientos.
  2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
  3. If using low-heat setting, turn to high-heat setting. Stir in tortellini. Cover and cook for 1 hour more. To serve, ladle into bowls. Makes 4 main-dish servings (7-1/2 cups).
