In a 12-inch skillet combine undrained pineapple, sweet peppers, broth, vinegar, soy sauce, sherry, gingerroot or ginger, and garlic. Add Marvelous Meatballs. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and meatballs are heated through.
Combine cornstarch and water; stir into skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Stir in pea pods; cook and stir 2 minutes more or until pea pods are heated through. Serve over hot cooked rice. Serves 4.
