In a small saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil until onion is tender. Add juice, carrot, mushrooms, bouillon granules, basil, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add fish pieces to saucepan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 1 serving.
