Stir together orange liqueur and orange juice. Drizzle orange mixture over cake. For the chocolate glaze, in a small saucepan bittersweet or dark chocolate with butter over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Whisk in powdered sugar and whipping cream.
