Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 8 ounce carton sour cream

  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped green onion (1)

  • 2 tablespoon snipped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill

  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt or regular salt

  • ½ of a 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

  • Milk (optional)

  • Assorted vegetable dippers, such as broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, sweet pepper strips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, snow pea pods, and/or cherry tomatoes

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, dill, and seasoned salt. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until fluffy. Stir in spinach. Transfer to a storage container; cover and chill overnight.

  2. If dip has thickened during chilling, stir in enough milk (1 to 2 tablespoons) to reach dipping consistency. Serve dip with desired vegetable dippers.
