Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until fluffy. Stir in spinach. Transfer to a storage container; cover and chill overnight. If dip has thickened during chilling, stir in enough milk (1 to 2 tablespoons) to reach dipping consistency. Serve dip with desired vegetable dippers.
