Spinach-Berry Salad

So many healthful ingredients on one plate! And in only about 15 minutes. This spinach and berry salad is one of our favorite side-dish salads for speed and flavor.

Ingredients

  • cup bottled reduced-calorie raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing

  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel

  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

  • 8 cup packaged fresh baby spinach or torn mixed salad greens

  • 3 cup sliced fresh strawberries and/or whole fresh blueberries

  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted

Directions

  1. For dressing, in a small bowl stir together raspberry vinaigrette, orange peel, and orange juice; set aside.

  2. Divide spinach and strawberries and/or blueberries among salad plates. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with pecans.
