Spiked Mango Lemonade


Take your vodka lemonade on a tropical vacation with a splash of mango puree. Garnish with mint for a refreshing spiked lemonade cocktail that's perfect for sipping poolside or cooling off at your next summer party.

Spiked Mango Lemonade

  • 2 cup vodka

  • 1 cup lemon juice

  • ¾ cup strained mango puree or mango nectar

  • ½ - ¾ cup simple syrup*

  • Ice cubes

  • Club soda (optional)

  • Mint sprigs (optional)


  1. In a small pitcher combine the vodka, lemon juice, and mango puree. Sweeten to taste with simple syrup. Serve over ice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.

*Simple Syrup:

In a small saucepan combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Heat over medium heat just until simmering, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Cool. Transfer to a storage container and chill until needed or up to 2 weeks.

Strained Mango Puree

Seed and peel 1 fresh mango. Place the fruit in a blender or food processor. Cover and process until very smooth. Press puree through a fine mesh sieve. You should have about 3/4 cup.
