Place meat in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. Prepare Spicy Soy Marinade; set aside 3 Tbsp. Pour remaining marinade over meat. Seal bag; turn to coat meat. Marinate in the refrigerator 2 to 4 hours, turning bag occasionally. Drain meat, discarding marinade. Grill meat, uncovered, over medium heat 17 to 21 minutes for medium (160°F), turning once. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice meat diagonally across the grain into bite-size strips. Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions, discarding seasoning packet. Drain noodles. If desired, snip into shorter pieces. In a large bowl combine meat, noodles, reserved 3 Tbsp. marinade, carrots, snap peas, and cilantro. Sprinkle with almonds.
