  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a large microwave-safe bowl microwave honey on high for 30 seconds or until bubbly. Immediately stir in peanuts. Add 2 tablespoons of the sugar, cayenne pepper and the salt. Stir well to combine.

  • Spread coated peanuts evenly in the prepared baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, or until peanuts are golden brown. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar; stir until combined. Spread nuts on a large piece of foil. Cool for 10 minutes. Transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Add remaining 2 tablespoons sugar; shake to coat. Cool completely.
