  • For sauce, in a small bowl stir together the water, teriyaki sauce, and cornstarch; set aside.

  • Pour 1 teaspoon of the oil into a wok or large nonstick skillet; heat wok over medium-high heat. Add ginger; cook and stir for 15 seconds. Add peanuts; cook and stir for 30 seconds. Transfer peanut mixture to a small bowl. Immediately sprinkle with cayenne pepper; toss gently to coat.

  • Add the remaining 1 teaspoon oil to wok. Add green beans; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add sweet pepper, edamame, and garlic; cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir sauce; add to vegetables in wok. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Stir in bok choy. Top with peanut mixture.
