Spicy Glazed Ribs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place ribs in a large shallow roasting pan. Bake 45 minutes. Carefully drain off fat.
  2. Meanwhile, for sauce, remove 1 teaspoon zest and squeeze 2 tablespoons juice from orange. In a medium bowl combine orange zest and juice, the hoisin sauce, sugar, soy sauce, tomato paste, wine, garlic, and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Pour sauce over ribs; stir to coat. Bake about 45 minutes more or until ribs are tender, stirring every 10 minutes to keep ribs coated with sauce.
