Spicy Chipotle Turkey Wraps
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, chipotle, and adobo sauce in a small bowl. Spread mixture evenly on tortillas. Divide turkey, Monterey Jack, avocado, and lettuce among tortillas. Fold the bottom of each tortilla snugly over filling, then fold in the left and right edges. Roll tortilla up to the top edge, forming a tight cylinder. Cut wrap in half before serving.

For the kid-friendly version, we took out the chile and sauce, replaced the avocado with grated carrots, and used only a tiny bit of mayonnaise. For adults, you can keep all the spicy, flavorful bells and whistles!

I am on Weight Watchers and this recipe carries a whopping 24 points! Considering that most members have a "budget" of 30 points PER DAY, this is NOT something that is feasible. I realize that it does not say it is "low-cal" or anything, but this is just irresponsible considering the prevalence of obesity in the US.
