Directions

  1. In a large bowl stir together the tomatoes, tomato juice, peaches, broth, cucumber, green onions, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, lime juice, sugar, hot pepper sauce, and garlic. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Just before serving, stir in shrimp. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
