In a large bowl beat butter with a mixer on medium to high 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Beat until combined, scraping bowl as needed. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour and the graham cracker crumbs. Force unchilled dough through a cookie press fitted with a flower disk 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. If desired, sprinkle cookies with cinnamon-sugar. Bake about 6 minutes or until edges are firm but not brown. Immediately press a milk chocolate Kiss into centers of half of the cookies. Remove cookies; cool on wire racks. Spread Marshmallow Creme Filling on the bottoms of the plain cookies. Top with remaining cookies, bottom sides down. Marshmallow Creme Filling In a large mixing bowl beat butter and vanilla with a mixer on medium for 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar and marshmallow creme. Beat until well combined. If necessary beat in milk to reach spreading consistency. To Store: Place filled or unfilled cookies in a single layer in an airtight container; cover. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
