2 1/2 cups

  • 2 tablespoon chocolate-flavor syrup, plus more for garnish

  • 10 marshmallows

  • 1 pint rocky road or chocolate chip ice cream

  • ¾ cup half-and-half

  • 3 tablespoon marshmallow créme

  3. Meanwhile, spread marshmallow créme on the rim of the cold glasses. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers.

  4. Combine remaining 8 toasted marshmallows, ice cream, and half-and-half in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Divide between prepared glasses. Top with whipped cream, additional chocolate syrup and graham crackers, the reserved marshmallows, chocolate, and sprinkles, if desired.
