On a small plate combine salt, smoked paprika, and chili powder. Rub the rims of eight beer glasses or mugs with one of the lime wedges. Dip rims of glasses in the salt mixture to coat.
Fill each glass half full of ice cubes. Divide beer among glasses. In a small pitcher combine tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke. Divide tomato juice mixture among glasses. Add a lime wedge to each glass, gently squeezing juice into the glass. Season to taste with hot pepper sauce. If desired, garnish with tiny chile peppers.
