Directions
- In a 4-quart slow cooker combine cabbage and apples. Stir in vinegar, tapioca, brown sugar, caraway seeds, and pepper. Top with smoked chops.
- Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 4 hours.
- Remove chops from cooker. Using a slotted spoon, transfer cabbage mixture to a serving platter. Top with chops. Drizzle chops and cabbage mixture with cooking juices.
