Make a Philly cheese steak easier to share with a crowd by stirring together this slow cooker party dip. It's packed fulled of roast beef, sweet peppers, mushrooms, and gooey cheese, of course; everything we love on a cheese steak sandwich!




  • In a 4-qt. slow cooker combine first nine ingredients (through crushed red pepper). Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or high 2 1/2 to 3 hours, stirring once halfway through.

  • Serve immediately or keep warm, covered, on warm or low up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. If necessary, stir in a little milk to reach desired consistency. Serve with hoagie buns.
