Slow Cooker Chili
In a large skillet cook ground beef over medium-high heat until brown, using a wooden spoon to break up meat as it cooks. Drain off fat. Transfer meat to a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker. Stir in beans, tomatoes, salsa, onion, sweet pepper, and garlic.
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours. Serve chili with desired toppers.
