I love this dish. So easy to make. It's like a deconstructed taco. I used refried black beans and crushed tortilla chips instead of taco shells. Also, I didn't mix the chips in because I didn't want them to get soggy.

5 star addictingly good! Looking at the ingredients you wouldn't think this would be as delicious as it is, but it exceeded my expectations & it is now in my permanent rotation! Easy to make, it would also make a great dip or nacho topping. Instead of broken taco shells I used some broken corn tortilla chips. I left them off the top & served on the side so they wouldn't get mushy.
