Skillet Hot Chipped-Beef Dip

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sour cream, milk, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce until combined. Stir in dried beef, onion, celery, and dill. Transfer mixture to a seasoned or generously greased 8- to 9-inch cast-iron skillet.
  2. Bake about 20 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. If desired, top with dill pickles. Serve with cornichons, potato chips, or rye crackers.

Slow Cooker Directions:

Prepare beef mixture as directed, except transfer mixture to a 1 1/2-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 3 hours or until heated through (if no heat setting is available, cook for 2 hours). Stir before serving. If desired, top with dill pickles. Serve as directed.
