Ingredients

  • 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

  • 1 10 ounce carton garlic-flavor Phili Cooking Creme

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 ounces)

  • cup sliced pitted Kalamata olives

  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (2)

  • 2 tablespoon dried tomato pesto

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Crispy Pita Chips, purchased pita chips, multigrain snack chips, and/or assorted vegetable dippers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Using paper towels, squeeze out any excess liquid in spinach.

  2. In a medium bowl combine spinach, cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, 3/4 cup of the feta cheese, the olives, 2 tablespoons of the green onions, the pesto, and pepper. Transfer spinach mixture to a seasoned or generously greased 8- to 9-inch cast-iron skillet. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup feta cheese.

  3. Bake about 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around the edge. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons green onions. Serve dip with Crispy Pita Chips.
