Shrimp with Asian Cocktail Sauce

Directions

  1. Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Rinse shrimp; pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle shrimp with salt.
  2. Lightly coat a grill pan or large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until shrimp are opaque, turning once. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small bowl combine the next seven ingredients (through orange zest). Serve shrimp with sauce.
