Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp. Rinse shrimp; pat dry with paper towels. Finely chop shrimp. Place shrimp in a medium glass bowl. Squeeze the juice of the lemons over the shrimp. Toss well to combine. Cover and chill for 30 minutes, stirring once.
Add passion fruit juice and orange juice to shrimp mixture. Cover and chill for 5 minutes more. Stir red onion, sweet pepper, and cilantro into shrimp mixture.
Wrap corn tortillas in paper towels and microwave on 100 percent power (high) about 1 minute or until heated through. Spoon ceviche into tortillas. Serve immediately with papaya.
