Stack tortillas and wrap in foil. Heat tortillas in oven 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain fat and set beef aside. Add sesame oil to skillet. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds over medium heat or until lightly browned. Stir in crushed red pepper. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and water. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return beef to skillet; heat through. To serve, spoon beef onto tortillas. Top with Quick Pickled Cucumbers and Slaw. Serve with lime wedges and chile sauce. Quick Pickled Cucumbers and Slaw In a medium bowl whisk together vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add cucumber and cabbage. Stir to combine. Let stand at least 15 minutes or up to 6 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
