Cover tightly and refrigerate up to 4 weeks. Serve with milk and/or yogurt, plus fresh fruit and honey, if you like. Makes 8 cups. To serve warm: If you prefer hot cereal to start your day, bring 1 cup milk or water to boiling; add ½ cup of the muesli. Simmer 7 minutes, then remove from heat.
