For slaw, in a large bowl combine cabbage, cucumber, orange juice, onion, tomato, jalapeno pepper, grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Cover and chill for 2 to 8 hours.
Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Place in a shallow nonmetallic dish. Pour the Honey Marinade over fish; turn fish to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning fish occasionally. Drain dish, discarding marinade.
