In a bowl combine salmon, egg, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, and green onion. Form the mixture into eight patties. In a large skillet melt margarine or butter over medium heat. Cook patties 9 minutes or until brown, turning once.
Split biscuits. (You may want to warm already baked biscuits slightly in the oven or microwave before serving.) Top one side of biscuit with 2 salmon patties; spoon on Herbed Mayonnaise. Makes 4 servings.
In a bowl stir together mayonnaise, fresh dill weed, and milk. Add additional milk to make of drizzling consistency. Makes about 1/3 cup.
