Directions

  1. Prepare Herbed Mayonnaise; set aside.
  2. In a bowl combine salmon, egg, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, and green onion. Form the mixture into eight patties. In a large skillet melt margarine or butter over medium heat. Cook patties 9 minutes or until brown, turning once.
  3. Split biscuits. (You may want to warm already baked biscuits slightly in the oven or microwave before serving.) Top one side of biscuit with 2 salmon patties; spoon on Herbed Mayonnaise. Makes 4 servings.

  1. In a bowl stir together mayonnaise, fresh dill weed, and milk. Add additional milk to make of drizzling consistency. Makes about 1/3 cup.
