Directions

  1. Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Rinse shrimp; pat dry. In a medium bowl stir together lime peel, lime juice, oil, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, and garlic. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, stirring the mixture twice.
  3. To serve, drain shrimp and discard marinade. If desired, arrange on lettuce-lined plate. Serve with toothpicks. Makes 6 servings.
