Directions

  1. Thaw scallops, if frozen. Halve any large scallops.
  2. In a small bowl stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and paprika; set aside.
  3. Spray a medium skillet with nonstick spray coating. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add scallops. Cook scallops for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Sprinkle scallops with crumb mixture. Serve immediately. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired. Makes 2 servings.
