Savory Corn Waffles 4 Ways
- In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients (through black pepper). In a medium bowl combine the eggs, buttermilk, and butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients all at once and whisk until just combined. Fold in corn, bacon, and chives.
- Grease a Belgian waffle baker and heat according to manufacturer's directions. Pour 1/2 cup of batter in the center of the waffle baker for each waffle. Close lid and bake until browned and crisp. Serve immediately with desired toppers.

Layer cooled waffles between sheets of waxed papers and stack in freezer bags. Label and freeze up to 3 months. To reheat, toast individual waffles in the toaster.
