Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Place pasta in a single layer on a sheet of greased foil.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook sausage over medium heat until brown. Drain off fat. in a medium bowl combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and basil. Stir in cooked sausage. Using a small spoon, fill pasta with sausage mixture. Arrange filled pasta in an ungreased 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Bake, uncovered, about 10 minutes more or until mixture is heated through and cheese is melted.
