Slow Cook:8 hrs to 10 hrs (low) or 4 to 5 hours (high)
In a 3 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker combine sausage, frozen potatoes, and carrots. In a large bowl stir together the water, corn, soup, roasted pepper, and thyme. Add to mixture in cooker; stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.
