In a medium saucepan, stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir in apple cider and lemon juice. Cook and stir over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Stir in apple jelly.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Makes about 3/4 cup.
