In small saucepan, stir together plum sauce or sweet-and-sour sauce, water, hoisin sauce, sesame seed, garlic, ginger, and Oriental chili sauce or hot pepper sauce. Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3 minutes. Brush onto meat during last 5 minutes of grilling. Heat remaining sauce until bubbly. Pass with meat. Makes about 2/3 cup.
