Directions

  1. In a blender container or food processor bowl combine the pineapple, mint, and mustard. Cover and blend or process just until combined. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Serve with chicken, pork, or lamb. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
