  • In small saucepan cook onion in hot butter until tender. Stir in cornstarch and crushed red pepper. Add chicken broth all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in mango and cherries; cook 2 minutes more. Remove from heat; set aside. Makes about 2 cups sauce.
