Honey-Ginger Dipping Sauce
- In small saucepan stir together honey, water, plum sauce, soy sauce, and ginger. Bring just to boiling, stirring frequently; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered,15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Strain into small bowl. Cool. Cover and chill in refrigerator 2 hours. Remove ginger before serving. Makes about 3/4 cup sauce.
